PAYMENT
IF YOU BOOK ONLINE, WE WITHDRAW THE MONEY IMMEDIATELY AFTER BOOKING - I.E. PREPAYMENT
BOOKING BIKES AND ACCESSORIES
Once you have selected the bikes and accessories you want and placed everything in the shopping cart, you need to fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment details.
As soon as payment is approved and the booking is registered in our system, you will receive an order confirmation.

At Skagen BikeRental you can pay with payment cards such as VISA and Mastercard.
All prices at Skagenbikerental.dk are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT.

CANCELLATION
It is possible to cancel your booking up to 1 week before the start of the rental period.
If you wish to cancel your booking, simply write or call us.
SECURITY (Privacy Policy)
Security at Skagenbikerental.dk is top notch, as all communication between our payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection.
In other words, only Nets (formerly PBS) has access to your data. Neither Skagenbikerental.dk nor other unauthorized persons have the opportunity to see the data exchanged at purchase.
At Skagenbikerental.dk your personal contact information is 100% confidential and we guarantee that no one else can access it.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at Skagenbikerental.dk, we need the following information:

Accommodation address
Your phone number - preferably mobile
Your e-mail address
We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal data is registered and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
The employees of Skagenbikerental.dk have access to the information registered about you.
Right of complaint
You have the right to complain about the rented item (bicycle) during the rental period. Any defects or faults must be reported to us as soon as possible and no later than the end of the rental period. Complaints made after the end of the rental period will not be accepted. The bicycle is considered accepted in the condition in which it is returned, unless a complaint has been made in a timely manner during the rental period.

THE RENTED ITEMS
As a renter, you are obligated to return the rented items in the same condition they were in when you received them.
UNRETURNED BIKES AND KEYS WILL BE REFUNDED
REGULAR BIKE: DKK 3,000
CHILDREN'S BIKE: DKK 1,500
MTB and TANDEM: DKK 5,000
CARGO BIKE AND ELECTRIC BIKE: 9.000 KR.
ELECTRIC CARGO BIKE: DKK 10,000
ELECTRIC MTB: DKK 20,000
KEY: DKK 150
REMEMBER TO LOCK YOUR BIKE AND DON'T RIDE ON THE BEACH.
Should you unexpectedly find that the rented bike is defective upon receipt, simply contact us immediately so that we can arrange for repairs as soon as possible.
If we discover that the bike is defective when it is returned, it will also be replaced - charged at cost price.
If your bike has a puncture during the rental period, we will of course help(if our car and employee are available) to get you back on the road quickly.
However, we can only help if we take a public route in our delivery area (it is forbidden to drive the car on forest roads or in military areas). This means that you have to get to a public road. (Only applies within the city limits of Skagen)
INSURANCE
Insurance is not mandatory.
It is the renter's responsibility to have private insurance that covers damages that occur during the rental period, including liability damages to third parties, theft, etc.
The rented bike is usually covered by the family's home contents insurance.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are made for typographical errors, printing errors, delivery problems and delivery delays, which Skagenbikerental.dk will do its best to avoid.
